This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which you (“User”) are permitted to install and use the Auto Refresh Page browser extension (“Extension”). By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Extension, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by Auto Refresh Page (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Grant of License

4. Termination of Access

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all liability regarding merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, system compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auto Refresh Page be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or downtime, that may occur from the use or inability to use the Extension, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at our discretion. In the event of a material change, we will provide notice via our website or within the Extension interface. Continued use after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Fair Use of Free Version

The free version of Auto Refresh Page is intended for non-commercial personal use only. Using the extension for business operations, public access terminals, or automated data monitoring for profit is strictly prohibited unless authorized through a separate license.

Abuse of the free version for commercial purposes may result in a permanent ban from future access and services.
